Thad has always strived to be in music.-
- pirate radio
- started doing music videos as a dancer in the early 90’s
- started djing/promoting in 1990 and secured many residencies throughout the decade
- 93 worked at Kiss FM on the Trevor Nelson show
- 94 Thad started working in Wyldpytch Records…London’s premier hip hop store
- 96 became urban a&r manager at Universal Music
- 2000/2001 set up 2RYPE Management in New York
- 2001 became urban a&r manager at Edel Records U.K
- 2005 became Head Of Music at Zons PR/MOBO
- 2005 became a&r manager at Def Jam Mobile
- 2006 A&R/Promotions Manager Mona Records
